About the Role

We are looking for an Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding financial services team. Working within a highly specialist team, this role will give you the opportunity to take on a varied and fast-paced sales support position within an ambitious firm.

This position will suit a financial services administrator who takes pride in producing quality pieces of work.

This is a part-time role that could be 3 or 4 days a week.

Whilst compliance is a big part of the job, you will need to be pro-active in supporting our consultants who work with clients across the region. Your varied day will include:

 

  • Diary and appointment management
  • Requesting and checking quotations using e-platforms
  • Processing “new business”, ensuring checks have been completed in readiness to submit proposals to the provider
  • Monitoring new business pipeline through to completion
  • Handling general “after-sales” enquiries, including providing general support to consultants, preparation of valuations, change of address/agency/name; surrenders/withdrawals; death claims; maturities and policy information for providers
  • General administration such as preparing client letters

About You

  • Previous sales support administration experience gained from within a financial services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A good working knowledge of Intelligent office would be highly advantageous
