Variety, teamwork and genuine influence. That’s what you can expect when you join our Audit team. We work with a huge range of clients in a diverse range of sectors. From schools and academies to owner-managed businesses. Charities and not-for-profits to major commercial organisations. And you’ll have the opportunity to work with many of them.
It’s about working in different-sized audit teams at different client sites each week. Getting under the skin of the business and understanding how it ticks, often by dealing directly with the management team. And understanding the business journey, so you can add tangible value. So you’re constantly gaining new experience. And new insights.
Broad scope + early responsibility
Our Audit teams
You could join a new audit team every week, bringing fresh challenges and opportunties. Exposure to different client businesses. And scope to make a real impact.
Each team you join will be different, depending on the size and complexity of the client’s business. From a team of two at smaller clients, to a 10-strong team including trainees, supervisors, managers and partners in larger businesses.
In every team, you’ll find you’re listened to and your opinions are respected. And if you’re at the start of your career, we may give you early opportunities to lead a smaller audit. So, you’ll own the project and engage with the client, while reporting to one of our managers.

It’s the sheer variety of our clients and our projects that offers you so many opportunities. You experience different sectors, build diverse knowledge, and add real value to a range of organisations. You’ll often work with owner-managers, so, you’ll get closer to the business.
Deal directly with decision-makers. And have the chance to add genuine value. And you’ll be joining a different team almost every week. So, you’ll be working with – and learning from – a variety of talented colleagues. People with a vast range of specialist knowledge and experience.
