Our approach to recruitment
As much as we want to know about what you can offer us, we also want you to be sure that we're the right business for you.
Anna Averis, People Director + Partner
Values driven + fair
Our values drive our approach to recruitment. This means that we aim to make it an open and honest process, where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed. We’ll look for how you reflect our values. How you’ve worked with people at different levels and developed strong relationships, based on trust. When you’ve voiced your opinions or put forward different ideas. Or when you’ve done the right thing. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to show these qualities. It’s up to you to make the most of them.
It’s a two-way process and we encourage you to ask as many questions as possible, so you’re sure that we’re right for you, too.
