About the role

We’re currently seeking a central Client Services Administrator to work across our Accountancy & Advisory Service ensuring efficiency and consistency of service delivery to the team and our clients.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who has a keen eye for detail and an interest in continually looking for ways to improve both the service they provide the firm and the work they carry out in the team.

Working as part of a perfectly formed, friendly central team you will be joining at an exciting time in Bishop Flemings growth journey as we’re looking to introduce new systems to make us more effective in the way we operate.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the client take on and maintenance procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued, and systems are kept up to date, including anti money laundering checks
  • Liaising with client delivery team to ensure all work is properly scheduled and delivered on time
  • Administering the client disengagement procedures, ensuring relevant forms are completed, letters are issued, and systems are kept up to date

About you

  • You’ll have demonstrable experience of working in a similar Administration role
  • Strong administration skills are a necessity
  • Advanced IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS office
  • Strong organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritise and progress own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High level of regard for confidentiality
  • Good understanding of data protection requirements
  • Professional services experience is desirable
