We are looking for an exceptional Communications professional to join our Business Development and Marketing team. As a Communications Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager to support delivering our firm’s marketing and communications strategy. This role involves collaborating with the people team, external agencies, and key internal stakeholders to create and deliver marketing communications that promote our brand, reputation, and services across online and offline channels.
You will be responsible for producing engaging content for a range of audiences. This includes internal communications such as firm-wide updates, people initiatives, and Responsible Business projects, as well as external communications like social media posts, recruitment campaigns, and client-facing emails. You will also help implement and maintain a communications plan that effectively delivers strategic initiatives, success stories, and campaigns to our target audience.
To excel in this role, you will already have some experience in marketing communications, ideally within the professional services industry. You will be confident working with stakeholders at all levels, suggesting creative ideas, and understanding how to tailor internal and external messaging to resonate with our audience. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to convey clear and concise messages that align with our firm’s values and goals.
You should be proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines. If you are an organised and creative thinker who excels at working independently and contributing to a collaborative team, this role would be perfect for you.
