About this opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Client Service Administrator to help us deliver a consistently excellent service to our internal client serving teams and clients. You’ll be joining a small, friendly, high performing central team at an exciting moment in Bishop Fleming’s growth journey, as we continue to embed new systems and smarter ways of working.
A key part of your role will be working daily within Workday, our core business system supporting our Opportunity to Cash (OTC) process. You’ll play an important part in maintaining high‑quality data, ensuring workflows run smoothly, and helping the firm get the best out of the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, is passionate about data quality, and is always looking for ways to make processes smoother, faster, and more effective.
